Weight: 236.5 Lbs.
Breakfast: 3 strips of turkey bacon, 2 fried eggs, 2 slices of whole wheat with margarine. 1.5 cups of coffee with creamer and sweetener. 2 fish oil capsules.
Snack: 2 walnuts
Lunch: Three oz. of chicken breast, 2 slices of American cheese on whole wheat with mayonnaise and mustard. 8 oz. skim milk.
Snack; 8 walnuts I eat too many but it's a better bad choice. Better than eating a candy bar or pastry.
Dinner: Cup of Chilli, with two slices of American cheese melted on top amd some soda crackers. It sure was good. I should have left off the crackers. Green tea to drink.
