Weight today
I am thinking that it might be advantageous to make short post and edit later- time permitting. This morning I weighed 216.5 at 8:30 AM. yesterday I was 218. I walked 4.85 miles last evening. You can see the details in my post of yesterday. You can see the typical flucuations I'm going through. The Trend is down so the flucuations while agravating, don't concern me that much.
